I have decided to set personal challenges for myself for the upcoming year. These challenges, in my mind, are more likely to be accomplished, than a resolution that I make on the first day of each year. What is the difference? A personal challenge, is an opportunity to prove to myself that I can make positive changes in my life, and resolutions are just words that I do not take seriously.
In 2014, I challenge myself to feel better about myself in mind and body.
I'll keep you posted as I make changes to a more positive healthier 'me'!
I plan on sleeping more, and stressing less.....
Stay positive more often and stress less....Well you get the picture.
