After missing a few workouts while I was sick, I'm back at it this week.  I have some great results to report!  I have dropped 2, yes 2, pant sizes!  My weigh in last week shows that I've lost 10 pounds!  I can't wait to shop for new Spring clothes!

Wow!  I can't believe how much energy I have!  Two weeks into our strength training and I feel like a new person.  Troy switched up our workout last week so I'm "feeling" muscles that I didn't even know I had--in a good way!  I love the ab excercises, as hard as they are, I know each one is getting me closer to having a flat tummy for beach season!  Carrie and Gail, my awesome workout partners--how are you feeling so far this week?

"Today's the day!  Day one of group class at Troy Huggett's Fitness Pros with my teammates, Carrie and Gail!  I've been looking forward to it all weekend!  I started my nutrition plan yesterday and so far, so good...1400 calories per day, no more that 500 calories per meal.  What do you know, I CAN have my cake and lose weight, too!"
