I love this video!  My friend and I started doing this video at least 3 times a week and were watching our calories and wow!  I had obliques, my pants fit better, my arms were even pretty awesome to look at.  LOL  If you like Yoga but you also like to work a little more than just staying in a pose...you gotta try Jillian Michaels, Yoga Meltdown.
