I'm a member of our local YMCA and even though I feel like these classes usually have 75% women in them, they are GREAT workouts.
My two favorite are called "Group Core" and "Group Power." These are programs developed by 3rd-party companies that the YMCA's in my area have purchased to be able to host and teach, so these might not be available at every gym.

3 Reasons I Like These Classes So Much:
1-They kinda "force" you into a complete workout. (Both really work almost all the muscles in your body and really get you sweating - you won't leave the gym feeling like you didn't get a workout in!)
2-Good uptempo music! Each exercise is done to the beat of a dance-version of a popular song, so the music helps "get you pumped."
3-ANYBODY can do them!! Really, there are everybody from 60 year old women, to middle-aged men who are not in great shape, to younger guys who are in GREAT shape. The nice part is you can adjust each exercise based on your fitness/strength level.
