Everything is better deep-fried, right?  

The man who gave us delightful culinary hybrids like chocolate-covered strawberry waffle balls and jalapeño corndog shrimps now has figured out how to deep-fry beer!

Ravioli packets, filled with Guinness and then dipped in 370' oil for 20 seconds taste like a hot pretzel with a beer chaser according to Mark Zable.

Get 'em while they're.. uh, hot?  Eat a few cold ones at the Texas State Fair.

With proper ID, of course.
