Did you catch the Oscars last night?

I know, I'm a geek... I love award shows. 

I was torn in the best actress category.  Love me some Meryl and Sandra.

Sandra took home the best actress statue.  Her speech was classy yet silly.  She had the perfect blend of humor and emotion. 

A first for The Academy...

GIRL POWER=Katheryn Bigelow, Hurt Locker director and ex-wife of James Cameron was the first woman to win Best Director.  Sweet!

I think Matt Damon was robbed.  It took him 6 months to perfect his South African accent.  Oh, well, better luck next time.
