Good news for the Tigers and my Cardinals, Professor Bruce Bukiet predicts the Yankees, Tigers, and Rangers should repeat as division champs.  In the NL, it's the Phillies, Cardinals, and Diamondbacks winning the division.

Sounds a bit like moneyball - The professor has compared mathematical analysis over the years, with his baseball modeling scoring back to back wins the last couple of years.

Bukiet predicts the Tigers to win 96, Cardinals 94 games, Cubs with 70.  Wait til next year!  He started it all to show that math can be fun!
