Corned Beef & Cabbage in the Slow Cooker

Garlic, check.

Cabbage, of course, carrots, and 6 medium red tators will complete this easy slow cooker dish.

-Start with 6 heads of garlic and 6 1/2 lb. corned beef in 6 cups of water.  Cover and cook on high for 5 1/2 hours.

-Add an additional 4 cups of water, cook on low an hour and 1/2 (til beef is tender). Transfer corned beef into a large pan, cover w/foil. Toss garlic away.

-Add 6 carrots and 6 med. red potatoes to the cooker for about 2 hours.  Then you're ready for the cabbage, 2 lb. cut into 6 wedges, cook another 45 minutes.

You'll want mustard and horseradish when it's ready to dish out.
