A new survey by Monster.com reveals that 53% of people have had a crush on a co-worker. Other findings:

- 36% of co-worker crushes have developed into workplace relationships

- 73% of employees think openly dating a co-worker could jeopardize job security

- 62% of employees believe workplace relationships are a distraction.
