Over 100 ag, energy and other groups are gearing up for a fight over scarce dollars to renew key farm bill energy programs - even as gas prices soar. Support seems strong for the Rural Energy for America Program - REAP - The Biomass Crop Assistance Program - BCAP - the Biorefinery Assistance Program and the Bio-based Markets Program.
