JACKSON (WKZO) -- The ex-wife of a Hillsdale County man who allegedly left her two boys locked up in his car with no food for two days while he went bar-hopping says she will be asking the courts to cut off his visitation rights. Twenty-seven-year-old Richard Labo has been charged with two counts of 2nd degree child abuse and if convicted, could be locked up for several years.
Elizabeth Labo says she had no idea that was what he planned for the two kids last weekend, when he picked them up. He was turned in by a woman who spotted the two boys locked in the car surrounded by empty beer cans.
