BATTLE CREEK (WKZO) -- It’s a dangerous drug that has slipped thru the cracks until now, but that may be about to change. The Michigan State Senate has voted unanimously to outlaw synthetic marijuana for sale or possession in the State of Michigan.
Sponsor Mike Nofs of Battle Creek says it was chemically laced leaves that were sold as potpourri, and then smoked just like pot. Nofs say it was called K-2 or spice and sold at head shops. The Measure now heads to the State House where passage is anticipated.
