BRAZIL (WIBQ) - Court documents in Clay County indicate that a man's been rearrested and a woman taken into custody on child abuse related charges. Alan Scherb originally bonded out of jail on Thursday on the charges, but was rearrested on Friday. He faces felony counts related to child neglect and aggravated battery for allegedly abusing Lacinda Taylor's two children. She was also arrested on similar charges on Friday. The children told their babysitter last week that they had been burned and hit on the head.
