(St. Paul, MN)  --  A long-time Carver County Sheriff's deputy is on administrative leave for allegedly stealing drugs from the department's narcotics evidence room.  Forty-seven-year-old Daniel David Kahlow has been charged with drug possession for the incident on May 9th.  Security cameras caught the 18-year veteran in the evidence room on his day off.  He was later arrested and found with 20 grams of methamphetamine in his possession.  Detectives believe Kahlow stole drugs from the evidence room for a year.
