WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Wis. (WTAQ) - A Winnebago County landlord who authorities say shot his tenant is now charged.
42-year-old Mark West is facing a charge of first-degree intentional homicide.
Authorities say 47-year-old Ronald Lau was found shot to death at his home in the Town of Winchester. The home was a duplex, with Lau living in one side, and West in the other.
West is being held on a $1 million cash bond and is due back in court Monday. If convicted, he faces a life prison term
