MADISON, Wis. (WTAQ) - The state Public Service Commission says it will take comments through January 7th on its newest projections for Wisconsin’s power supply.

The PSC issued a report Tuesday indicating that the state will have more than enough power to meet its needs over the next several years.

Rates are expected to keep going up throughout Wisconsin and the Midwest. And because of the recession, the state’s growth in energy demand will be 1 percent less per year from 2011 through 2016.
