(Lansing, MI - WHTC News) - The state Supreme Court yesterday sustained a first-degree murder conviction for 41-year-old Dmitri Anderson. He and his older brother Darick were found guilty in the July, 2008 slaying of Grand Haven jewelry store owner Robert Karrell and long-time customer Louis Paparella during a robbery. Dmitri Anderson had appealed on claims that there wasn’t sufficient evidence and that he had ineffective defense counsel.
