It appears Lion’s defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh could have some growing off the field issues to deal with as he gets ready to sit out Detroit’s game Sunday at home against the Vikings to finish up his two game suspension for stomping on a player during the Turkey Day loss to the Packers.

Two women involved in a car crash with Suh last weekend claimed they were hurt even though Suh, who was driving in his hometown of Portland, Oregon, told police there were no injuries. ESPN NFL Insider John Clayton says Suh probably will not be in any trouble with the league but could face lawsuits and questions from the police, who issued no citations and said Suh wasn’t impaired.

Lion’s coach Jim Schwartz told a Detroit radio station Tuesday that at this point, the accident isn’t an issue and that they only have to worry about what Suh does on the field.
