STEUBEN COUNTY (WTVB) - A Litchfield, Michigan man died over the weekend in a motorcycle accident in Steuben County, just south of the Michigan-Indiana border. The Steuben County Sheriff’s Department identified the victim as 23-year old Shawn Waring.
The crash occurred around 8 o’clock Saturday night on County Road 300 West, north of State Road 120.
Deputies say Waring was northbound when he lost control of his cycle on a curve and struck a tree. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident remains under investigation.
