BATTLE CREEK, MI (WKZO) -- A new murder investigation is underway in Battle Creek.  Police in Battle Creek have released the name of the victim who was found shot to death Friday night and say they have a person of interest in the case who is being sought.  

Twenty-one-year-old Stephan Cotton was found dead from a stomach wound on the living room sofa by family members Friday evening.   They are searching for a 24-year-old but have not released the man’s name.  This shooting death isn’t the first in the family.  In fact two other brothers were killed in separate shooting incidents in 2009.
