CALHOUN COUNTY (WKZO) -- Battle Creek police are looking for a skinny black male who fired a gun at his ex-girlfriend Thursday evening and then fled.

They aren’t releasing his name.  Apparently the victim was sitting in her car with her sister in the 100 block of Harvard St. at about 7 last evening when the suspect walked up to the car, pulled out the gun and fired a shot thru the window and fled down an alley on foot. 

The woman was not hit but did require treatment for glass cuts.

Her sister was not injured.
