Early Wednesday morning, Clay County Sheriff deputies arrested a Brazil man after getting complaints about a meth lab. 38 year old Phillip C. Powell was taken to the Clay County Justice Center after officials found meth, guns, and the remainders of a meth lab at a house near Church and Hoosier. Officials say that more arrests could be made as the investigation continues.
