KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- WMU is coming off a weekend series sweep of Northern Michigan, bringing their record to 8-3-1 on the season. The Broncos won Friday night 4-2, led by Chase Balisy's 2 goals. Saturday, Western took the game 1-0 due to Trevor Elias finding the back of the net and goaltender Frank Slubowski turning away all 22 Northern Michigan shots.
