, MI (WKZO) - Kalamazoo County Prosecutor Jeff Fink is asking  the Attorney General to appoint a special prosecutor to determine if a Kalamazoo County Deputy Sgt. should face charges for allegedly using surveillance equipment owned by the department to spy on a female officer who was also a nursing mom.  Jail officials are not commenting on the status of the Sergeant. 

They are seeking a special prosecutor because local judicial officials all have a conflict because they have worked with the Sgt. involved
