The Pistons let a big early lead against the Nuggets slip away last night at the Palace and Denver bounced back to beat Detroit 101-to-94. A little more than five minutes into the game, the Pistons were ahead 21-to-4. But by halftime, Denver led 48-to-42 and Detroit faced a 6-to-9 point deficit for most of the second half.
Brandon Knight had 20 points and 5 assists for the Pistons, who drop to 7-and-17. Detroit is off now until Friday night when it plays at Brooklyn.
