SOUTH HAVEN, MI (WKZO) -- Van Buren County Deputies need your help to find a missing Foster Care resident from Bangor who has been missing since Thursday. Fifty-seven-year-old Terry Flanigan and other members of the Beacon Adult Foster Home were staying at the Comfort Inn in South Haven, as part of a program to get the foster care residents out into different, more social environments. They say he has a history of mental illness and cannot attend to his basic needs. He is on medication that he needs to take daily.
Flanagan is 6'-1”, weighing around 290 pounds, balding, with patches of grey hair. He was wearing jeans, and a black and grey jacket.
