Kalamazoo City Commissioners Expected To Approve Higher Water Rates

KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO) -- Kalamazoo City Commissioners are expected to give final approval to higher rates for water and sewer services at this evening’s meeting.    An independent analyst recommends the increases based on projected costs. City Manager Ken Collard says they say this year they need about 5% more money to cover costs.   The meeting begins at 7PM and It’s a light agenda.
