The Red Wings Opened A 4-Game Road Trip Last Night With A Win

Jiri Hudler scored twice and Valtteri Filppula added a goal and two assists as the Red Wings took a 5-4 win over the Stars in Dallas. 

Johan Franzen and Cory Emmerton each had a goal forDetroit while Jimmy Howard stopped 25 shots for the Red Wings, who have won four of five.  Detroit is off now until Saturday when it plays at Toronto.
