BANGOR(WKZO) --    Michael Selden will no longer be the City Manager of Bangor when next month rolls around.   He's taken a job as city manager of Wayland,  in Allegan County.   The community of four thousand is about twice Bangor's size, and Selden's pay will reflect that. He's been with Bangor since 2007, and tells us that he's enjoyed it there. Selden says that improvements the streetscape and infrastructure are among the bigger things to have happened while he was in town, and also notes that budget struggles caused by the economic downturn have been the biggest challenge. His resignation fromBangorwill be effective April 18th.
