UNDATED (WKZO) -- CBS News estimates that Mitt Romney will win South Carolina.  CBS News also estimates when all votes are counted that President Obama will win Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Maine, Massachusets, Maryland, Rhode Island and the District of Columbia.  

In addition to South Carolina Romney will win Tennessee, Oklahoma, Mississippi and Georgia but key backgrounds states Florida and Ohio are still a toss up.  Also toss ups currently are New Hampshire and Pennsylvania while there is not enough information to characterize the races in Alabama, Missouri and New Jersey.
