KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO) - The more things change, the more they stay the same.for all the sturm and drang, the public debate, the death by a thousand TV commercials, the angry words exchanged and the hard feelings, not all that much has changed.

There may be fewer Kalamazoo county commissioners this morning but 9 of the 11 are incumbents.  Debbie Stabenow, Fred Upton, Bill Huizenga and Justin Amish are going back to Washington, and Sean McCann, Margaret O Brien, Kate Segal and Jase Bolger will continue commuting to Lansing. In fact all of the region’s State House reps were reelected, except for Roy Schmidt.
