The season tips off today with 15 ranked teams in action, including #5 Michigan in� ig(���o�gan and #14 Michigan State. The 5th-ranked Wolverines open at home against Slippery Rock tonight with an 8:30 starting time at Crisler Arena

 

M-S-U begins its season overseas in the Armed Forces Classic, taking on Connecticut at 5:30 p.m. at Ramstein Air Base in Germany in the first game between Division One teams held in Europe.  

Michigan State Coach Tom Izzo says the Spartan program feels very privileged and proud to have an opportunity to compete in this game on veteran’s day weekend.  The Spartans will stay on the road for their second game, taking on perennial powerhouse Kansas on Tuesday at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta.
