HASTINGS (WKZO) -- An autopsy is scheduled on the body of a man from Hastings who was found dead in a jail cell in Kentucky over the weekend.

28-year-old Charles Hoffman was picked up in Madison County on a parole violation out of Michigan and taken to the detention center.  He was waiting for a hearing that might have taken him back to Michigan.

Investigators are looking into suicide as a possible cause, but that has not been finalized.
