Martina McBride launches The Joy of Christmas tour Friday in Atlanta, and she'll be on the road through a December 21 show in Chicago.  Being on tour that close to December 25 means Martina has to have all her ducks in a row to pull Christmas off well for her three daughters.

She tells the Atlanta Journal-Constitution , "It forces you to get organized and start Christmas shopping early, which you don’t usually do.  But doing a Christmas show every night puts you in a Christmas spirit as well.  It’s a beautiful show, beautiful to look at."

Martina's new tour features 12 musicians including a few string players and backup singers added to her regular touring band.  Martina also has six costume changes during the holiday concert.  Check out MartinaMcBride.com for a full list of tour dates.
