DETROIT (WKZO) -- The improving economy is being credited by General Motors officials for their best March sales figures in five years.
Cadillac sales sky rocketed by 50-percent due to the introduction of the ATS and XTS sedans. Buick sales climbed 37-percent, while crossover sales for GM jumped by 31-percent.
The company reports a sales increase of six-point-four percent over last year and sold nearly 246-thousand vehicles for the month. GM Vice President of Sales Kurt McNeil says the company also enjoyed a third consecutive month of an increase in market share when compared to 2012.
