PORT HURON (WKZO) -- A recreational diver brought a bomb into the Port Huron Police Department on Monday.
According to authorities, the diver found the 38-inch long World War I era bomb in Lake St. Clair. The Michigan State Police Bomb Squad was called and gave the all-clear after examining the device.
Authorities believe the bomb was a training device. The same man also found a similar device last year and brought it to the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office.
