DETROIT, MI (WTVB) - Detroit fans remain in the dark about the injury status of ten players who were held out or only saw limited action at the Lion’s practice on Monday. In the words of Detroit head coach Jim Schwartz, “Everbody is in a different spot physically but I don’t have any comment on where anybody is right now”. The mystery continues regarding rookie defensive end Ziggy Ansah, who missed practice for the second straight day and is reportedly dealing with concussion symptoms. Among those also absent yesterday were receiver Calvin Johnson, out with a bruised knee and defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh, believed to be nursing an upper body injury.

The Lion’s fourth and final exhibition game is Thursday night at Buffalo followed by the regular season opener 11 days later at home against the Vikings.
