UNDATED (WKZO) -- Winter has come early to the upper Midwest.
We have seen some of the snow and now we are going to get clobbered by the same cold wave that has left half a dozen people dead in the upper plain states.
West Michigan Meteorologist Brandon Hoving says we get this frosty in early December every ten to 20 years.
Hoving says it could be worse, we could be in Minnesota where they have seen windchills of 20 to 30 below, or just across the lake in Wisconsin which doesn’t have a big warm lake to take the edge off the temperatures.
Get out the long underwear and the ugly hats, and let fashion take a back seat to practicality for the next few days as we will be seeing highs in the 20’s.
