COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) - The Branch County Road Commission is looking for more feedback on their strategic planning efforts. The Commission recently placed a public input survey on-line to assist in their planning. The two links to the survey questions are: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Branch_CRC and also https://www.facebook.com/pages/Branch-County-Road-Commission/336502206432379?ref=stream.
Trent Arver, engineer-manager of the Road Commission, says it’s the first attempt of this kind to develop a 5-year strategic plan. The survey questions include asking you to rate your overall perception of the Branch County Road Commission on a scale of 1-10 with one=poor and 10=strong. It also asks your opinion of the Road Commission mission statement, “to provide safe and convenient road and bridge solutions to Branch County travelers through an efficient and cost effective approach.”
Arver also is looking for the public to rank the areas the Road Commission should focus on with 11 options to consider from dust control to shoulder maintenance, along with snow removal, traffic signange and bridge repair and maintnenace. They hope to have survey results available for review and reaction sometime in February.
