2013 was the year Jason Aldean became one of the few country stars able to sell out stadiums. His two shows at Boston's Fenway Park broke attendance records previously set by Paul McCartney and the Dave Mathews Band . Jason also headlined stadium shows at Chicago's Wrigley Field and another one at his beloved University of Georgia's Sanford Stadium. That concert was released as a live DVD, Night Train to Georgia , in October. Dates at New York City's Madison Square Garden and the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles were other highlights on Jason's 2013 tour schedule.
The hits kept rolling for Jason in 2013 with "Night Train" and "The Only Way I Know," with Luke Bryan and Eric Church , both topping Billboard 's Country Airplay charts. In June, Jason co-hosted his first awards show, The 2013 CMT Music Awards, with actress Kristen Bell .
On a personal note, Jason filed for divorce from his wife, Jessica , in April citing irreconcilable differences.
