HOMER (WKZO) -- The FBI and Postal Inspectors have joined the investigation into an identity theft ring in Calhoun County. A woman delivering newspapers was reportedly dipping into mailboxes and stealing a variety of documents that might be used to commit identity crimes.

A raid on a house in Homer Township turned up 100’s of pieces of stolen mail. They believe others may also be involved. No arrests have been made yet but they could be coming.

They are asking that anyone who may think they have mail missing, contact police.
