UNDATED (WKZ0) - Drivers in southern Michigan have seen gasoline prices spike by an average of 28-cents a gallon in the past 12 days. The average price is now three-dollars-58-cents a gallon. Last week the average price was three-dollars-35-cents. Oil industry analysts are blaming the price hike on rising crude oil prices and a small fire at a refinery outside of Toledo. Nationwide, the price of gasoline has risen by an average of 17-cents in the past month
