PORTAGE, MI (WKZO) - Portage Public Safety no longer needs your help to locate a missing Alzheimer’s patient who may be endangered. 77-year-old Roland Storteboom was last seen about 6:30 p.m. Sunday driving away from home. His family says his mental acuity has worsened in the last few weeks and they were concerned for his safety.
Early this morning Portage Public Safety received a call from Indiana State Police who say they had received a call about a suspicious person at a business near Gary, Indiana off I-90. They made contact and learned it was Mr. Storteboom. They are making arrangement to get him and his Chevy Suburban back to Portage.
