LANSING (WKZO) -- -- The percentage of Michigan high school students to graduate last spring is up by almost two-percent. The Michigan Center for Educational Performance and Information released the statewide rates for high school students Thursday and it shows the graduation rate from the spring of 2012 to stand at over 76-percent. The report also shows graduation rates in 53-percent of school districts rose, with African American and Hispanic students showing the greatest increase.
