LANSING (WKZO) -- Another lawsuit is pending challenging Michigan's right-to-work laws, which take effect late next month.  Labor unions filed the third lawsuit, with lawyers arguing the way lawmakers passed the bills created mistakes that could have been corrected had committee hearings been held and the regular legislative process been followed.  Republicans in the House and Senate moved quickly to pass the legislation during the lame duck session in December, doing so with no committee hearings and just a few hours of debate on the floors of both chambers.
