VICKSBURG, MI (WKZO) -- The man charged with the fire that partially destroyed the historic Vicksburg Paper Mill has been found not guilty of the crime in court. 21-year-old Kevin Chapman had been with a group of other young adults drinking outside the mill on the night the fire began last August, but claimed he wasn’t the one who started the fire. He apparently got blamed for it after he went to visit his brother in California.
