TOLEDO, OH (1660 THE FAN) - Western's men's BB team has not had the best of luck in Toledo, and Wednesday night it looked at times like the Rocket curse would continue.  Enter WMU freshman Darius Paul.  Paul hit the first shot of the night for Western...a 3-pointer...and ended up with 28 points, as he led WMU to a 65-62 win over Toledo.  The win moves the Broncos to 18-9 overall, and 9-4 in the MAC West, and also moves Western alone into 1st place.  Next up for the Broncos - a date Saturday with rival Eastern Michigan at Ypsilanti.  Broadcast time for the game is 1:30p, on 96.5 WKZO.
