UNDATED (WKZO) - Arctic temperatures are expected to hover around southern Michigan for most of the week, and the National Weather Service says overnight wind chill readings in some areas were 20 degrees below zero or greater.

A 20-car chain reaction collision has killed a prominent Muskegon Businessman. 58-year-old Bob Cutler reportedly hit another car in a near white-out on U.S.-31 at about 10 yesterday morning and then his car was hit by a semi. He was alive when they cut him out but died later at the hospital. 8 others were injured, one critically.
Cutler was the owner of Muskegon Brake and Tire and the former President of the Muskegon Chamber of Commerce. He leaves behind a wife, three children and 5 grandchildren.
