KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO) --   William Bradley Tomlin says he thought he was divorced in September and was free to marry his girlfriend, Lori Labadie.  Now he has been charged with polygamy, a 4-year felony after his ex-wife, Myndeska Tomlin filed a complaint that they were still married.  

 The 36-year-old Tomlin a TKO Soccer Coach is due in court next Tuesday for a hearing to determine if there is enough evidence to take the case to trial
