DETROIT, MI (WKZO) -- Its one of the odder vehicles on display at Cobo Hall this week it’s an ATV that really lives up to the name, all-terrain Vehicle. Gibbs Amphibious CEO Neil Jenkins says it’s a quad-runner that turns into a jet-ski, thus the name Quadski. They were introduced this week at the North American International Auto Show, and it’s straight out of James Bond’s bag of tricks. They can go 45MPH on land and water.
The company that makes them has already purchased an old factory in Auburn Hills and they hope to begin producing them for sale. The price? $40,000 each.
